At Marcaccio’s Fishing Academy, we strive to provide the best angling experience for our clients. We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to request a refund for a class. Please carefully review our Refund and Returns Policy.

1. Refund Request Process: To request a refund for a class, you must send an email to captpaul@gofishgalveston.com at least 30 days before the scheduled class date. In your email, please include your name, contact information, the date and title of the class, and the reason for your refund request.

2. Refund Eligibility: Refund requests made within the 30-day window before the class date will not be eligible for a refund. We recommend that you carefully review your schedule and ensure your availability before registering for a class.

3. Refund Processing: Upon receiving your refund request, we will review it and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

4. Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule a class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you promptly and offer the option to reschedule your class or receive a full refund.
